PHIZIE Huddle is made by Phizie Inc. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use PHIZIE Huddle on Windows.
The short version: PHIZIE Huddle keeps your work on your computer. Phizie Inc. does not receive your conversations, rooms or files, and the app has no analytics, telemetry or advertising. Information leaves your computer when you use an AI service or another online service you choose, and goes to that service.
What PHIZIE Huddle stores on your computer
PHIZIE Huddle keeps its data in its own app folder on your PC:
- Your rooms: messages, the AIs’ replies, briefs, trackers and minutes, and copies of files you share in a room.
- Saved copies of your AI conversations. For most AI sites, PHIZIE Huddle saves a copy of the conversation shown in the tab so you can search it and find it again. For ChatGPT and Claude this is off until you turn it on.
- Your sign-ins to each AI site, kept in a separate browser profile for each AI, including any passwords you choose to save there.
- Your prompts, folders, bookmarks, timeline markers, settings, and terminal history.
- A technical log used to fix problems. It doesn’t record your messages or prompts, and it is limited in size.
Phizie Inc. never receives a copy of any of this.
What we don’t do
- No accounts with Phizie Inc.
- No analytics or telemetry. We don’t track how you use the app.
- No advertising, and we don’t sell or share your information.
When information leaves your computer
Only when you use a service, and then to that service:
- AI tabs. When you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI in a tab, you use that website directly, under its own terms and privacy policy. Those sites may use their own cookies and trackers.
- Rooms. When you send a message in a room, each AI in the room receives the room’s conversation: your messages, the other AIs’ replies, the room brief and tracker, the text of files shared in the room, and pictures you shared (PHIZIE Huddle removes location data from photos first). If you tell PHIZIE Huddle what the AIs should call you, they receive that name. Before your first room message, and whenever a room adds an AI from another company, PHIZIE Huddle shows which companies will receive the room’s conversation and asks you to agree. Short rooms are sent in full; in long rooms, PHIZIE Huddle sends the recent conversation plus the older parts that match your question. If a room has AIs from different companies, each of those companies receives the room’s conversation. AI services are used with your own API keys and bill your own account.
- Between rooms. Rooms don’t share conversations. Content moves from one room to another only when you branch a room, continue it in a new part, or send a summary back. A room’s project manager reads your Workspace conversations only if you choose them for that room.
- Web search. If you add a web search key (Tavily), the AIs in a room can search the web. Search words go to Tavily, and web pages are read directly from your computer, so those sites see your internet address.
- Tool servers. Tool servers you add (MCP) receive what the AI sends them.
- API keys you add. PHIZIE Huddle checks an API key you add only with the company it belongs to; if a key could belong to more than one, you choose which.
- Local AIs. AIs running on your own computer (such as Ollama or LM Studio) keep your information on your computer. An address on another computer or on the internet receives what you send to it.
- Agents and the terminal. Claude Code, which you install yourself, starts in a folder you choose and changes files only after you allow it, but it runs under your Windows account and its own settings and sends what it needs to Anthropic. Custom agents and the built-in terminal run with your full Windows permissions.
We recommend reading the privacy policy of each service you connect.
Microsoft
You buy PHIZIE Huddle, and get its free trial and updates, through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft handles payment and licensing under the Microsoft Privacy Statement; Phizie Inc. receives sales reports, not your payment details. PHIZIE Huddle shows AI websites using Microsoft Edge WebView2, which may send diagnostic data and safety checks to Microsoft according to your Windows settings.
Security
- API keys are encrypted on your PC with Windows’ built-in data protection, tied to your Windows account.
- The lock. If you turn on the lock, Windows Hello (face, fingerprint or PIN) unlocks PHIZIE Huddle. Windows handles Hello; PHIZIE Huddle only receives a yes or no. The lock encrypts most of your workspace, but room conversations and files shared in rooms are not yet encrypted by it.
- Microphone, camera and location requests from AI websites are turned down by PHIZIE Huddle, so those sites can’t use them. AI websites can read your clipboard when you paste.
Your controls
- Saved conversation copies: for ChatGPT and Claude, saving is off until you turn it on in Control Center. For other AI sites it is currently always on, and saved copies can’t yet be deleted one by one; uninstalling removes them.
- An AI with an API key: remove it, and its saved key is deleted.
- An AI website: sign out and clear its sign-in and cookies from the tab’s menu.
- A room: delete it from the room’s menu, including its conversation and shared files.
- Tool servers: disconnect or remove them from a room’s Tools menu.
Removing your information
Uninstalling PHIZIE Huddle removes the app and the data it stored in its app folder. It doesn’t remove files you exported or downloaded, files in folders you gave agents, data kept by Claude Code or other tools you installed, or data left by an earlier version of PHIZIE Huddle that was installed without the Microsoft Store. AI services keep their own copies under their own policies; use their settings to remove them.
Children
PHIZIE Huddle is not intended for children under 13.
