Help with phizie Getting started, your license, and how to reach us.

phizie is built to stay out of your way. If something isn’t working, this page should get you sorted. If it doesn’t, email us.

First launch

  1. 1Run the installer. If your PC is missing one small Microsoft component, the installer adds it for you.
  2. 2Read and accept the Terms. phizie shows them once, on first launch.
  3. 3Enter your license key. It starts with PHIZIE- and arrived by email when you bought phizie. Lost it? Choose Recover my key and phizie emails it to you.
  4. 4Click New AI Tab, pick an AI, and sign in on the AI’s own page. phizie never shows you its own password form.
  5. 5Repeat for each AI you use. Want two accounts for the same AI? Open two tabs. They stay separate.

What you need

  • Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit
  • Your own accounts with the AI services you use
  • An internet connection for the AI services. Your license works offline once activated.

User Guide

The User Guide explains every feature in plain English. It’s built into phizie, and the same guide is here: read the User Guide online.

Your license

One license is for one person and can be used on up to two computers you own. You manage it yourself inside phizie, under About → Manage license. No account with us is needed.

  • Moving to a new computer: if both slots are used, deactivate the old computer from the list, then activate the new one. Deactivating never deletes your work.
  • Reinstalling on the same computer: just activate again. It uses the same slot.
  • Lost your key: choose Recover my key and enter the email you bought with. phizie emails you a one-time link that shows your key.
  • Lost, stolen or dead computer: recover your key the same way, then deactivate the old computer from the list.
  • Neither your key nor your purchase email: email support@phizie.com. A person will help.

Common questions

Does phizie include AI, or do I need my own accounts?

You need your own accounts. phizie doesn’t sell or include AI. You sign in to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity or any other AI on its own page, the same way you would in a browser, and phizie keeps them organized.

Is there a subscription?

No. PHIZIE Huddle is a one-time purchase from the Microsoft Store, with a 7-day free trial. No subscription is required to keep using it.

Does it work on a Mac, or on Linux?

Not yet. Today phizie is a Windows app for Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit. The Windows and macOS and Linux versions are being built now by their own teams. We’ll announce a date when we have one.

Where is my data kept?

On your computer. phizie keeps its records in your Windows user folder and never uploads them. Uninstalling phizie asks whether you want to remove that data too.

An AI signed me out or asked me to sign in again. Is that phizie?

Usually not. Each AI decides how long a sign-in lasts. phizie keeps each AI’s session separate and saves it between restarts, but the AI service can still ask you to sign in again on its own schedule.

Does phizie see my passwords or my conversations?

No. You sign in on each AI’s own page. phizie’s own record of your conversations is stored on your computer only. Nothing is sent to PHIZIE unless you choose to send us a report.

Do I need to be online?

To use the AI services, yes, since they run online. Your license doesn’t: once a computer is activated, phizie keeps working offline.

Something went wrong

Inside phizie, open the ••• menu and choose Send feedback. It opens your email app with your build details filled in, never your conversations, and you press Send. Or email support@phizie.com and tell us what happened.

Happy New Year from everyone at PHIZIE — here's to 2027.
